quite honestly...... the sear might just be worn out. I've never had an issue timing with Qev's either, I'm not sure why people think there's so much Vodoo in timing a cocker or diagnosing recocking issues. The real question is with no air on the gun when you recock the marker using the back block not the cocking rod does it recock just fine or does it still slip past? you can manually tell if the spring/lug is the issue by pulling on the cocking rod and letting go if it slips past usually that's the culprit. Worst case scenario take it to the guys at Twassen Paintball the Owner Mat Jantzi is very good with cockers and probably get you going rather quickly.
