Even after reading what you posted, im still unclear as to why you wont ship to Canada... via USPS small packages for parts dont run more than $2-$5 to ship, it's usually a 2-3 week wait, and no duty/taxes on small stuff.
Did you have a bad experience sending something expensive up there with UPS? Because them and FedEx are the only shipping services that actually have duty/customs fees, crazy amounts too.
