Okay, updated for this week's results. I was only able to get two days of riding in because of my work schedule. However, I now feel confident I can ride for 1 hr. per night at steady-state paces. After a few weeks of that, I'm going to experiment with HIIT (high-intensity interval training). It's only been a couple of weeks, but the improvement is definitely noticeable! Liking this.
Keep it up. Anything HIIT is awesome.
