The thing with Sly elbow pads is they fit kind of funny. I have kind of long arms and wore the l/xl back player pads and the cuffs at the top of the pad were tight but also felt kind of ...loose? I would suggest the l/xl size as the s/m were tight on me and very uncomfortable. Best bet if you can is try em on at the local shop.
