No. At least, not directly.
The main difference between a 1999-and-under body and the 2000-and-up bodies, at least for the sake of this topic, is the size of the front block bolt. '99-down used 3/8"-24, 2k-up uses 9/16"-24.
So if you have the early style (small hole) you either need an early-style pump kit, or you need to have the body drilled and retapped to the later, larger thread.
