I've been eating 4600-5000 cals a day with my weight staying constant, so I figure 4000cals will be a good place to start. In 4-5 weeks my metabolism will probably be down to 2500 though.
About 6' tall BTW. Calorie counts are accurate, if I don't eat the whole package of something I will weigh it out.
Fast metabolism is a blessing and a curse. I'm still force feeding myself, 4000cals is way more than my body wants to take in, but I don't want to lose weight too fast and end up sacrificing muscle with the fat loss, so I'm lowering the cals slowly.
