valves are the same overall length, cocking issues with the pgp2k are typically the back block being screwed in too far, but with a k-frame that shouldn't be an issue... other easy-solve problem is the rva being screwed in too far, preventing the hammer from being able to come far enough to hang on the sear. if it's still not cocking, pull the k-frame off the marker and make sure the hammer physically fits between the sear and the back block of the frame.
