BlueDragon's right man... it totally depends on what it's for and your budget. If you like to tune, and have the extra $, go w/ the RTR valve for the ease of valve spring change-out. If you don't plan to ever use anything but a CCI stock valve spring, the CCI valve is just as good. Also, (which you probably already know) with a CCI valve you have the options of adding a gauge, getting it bobbed, running drop out, back bottle/12gr, or run a hardline for VSC or macroline/quick disconnect to any location under the sun. With the RTR you'd only have the last option... Anyways, again it totally depends on what it's for and what your budget is man. I will say I love the ease of tunability of the RTR valve
