I feel dirty even thinking about sharing my chili, here's a tip or two

Go easy on the meat during the initial browning. Don't kill it and even leave a little pink, this keeps in some fat and leaves a nice flavor and consistency in the end.

Beans and chili are NOT friends. Can't happen.
