probably not. gas fills its container regardless of volume. it's not like ammo where each shot takes the same weight.
the unit you would be looking for is probably joules per shot. not very practical since it's a scientific unit and tanks are not labeled in metric, so every time you have another tank you would have to pick your brains out.
Well that's still a little weird... The way I tried to do it (calculating shots per square inch measured only in the fill pressure and the amount of shots exiting the barrel) seems to be correct give or take 25 balls to other tests done with a 68/45.
