It'd come out at the same angle as the Hammer 7 ASA and then be horizontal on the opposite end. Would allow you to use a stock and have a drop down for mask clearance too.

Something like this (drew the adapter up in solidworks, but couldn't get tank/stock files to open; so MS Paint time!)
Rather than make it longer with such an adapter, leave it angled down, it will look a bit off but function well as it lifts any sights you may have on it and virtually eliminating the need for a riser or off-set.
