There is nothing to gain by disassembling a perfectly good functioning Cocker. That is where Cockers lost favor. New guys would get one that was set up and timed, they would screw with it, make it not function, and blame the gun for not working or being too hard to fix.
Unless the object was to just part it anyway.
Honestly I am never surprised to see new guys with these "tell me all about it" posts and then a day later it is in the BST or on FleeBay..
