The Midway truck stop here in Columbia, MO (think it's got a reality show on the Travel Channel or Discovery, one of those) does this, and so do one of the local paintball parks (Battle Creek), and at least one of the local haunted houses, here or in STL (I don't do haunted houses, but one of 'em was advertising it this year).
This looks like a really good setup - Tippmann or BT drop-dead reliable rentals, tied to the sides with a big old tank at the end feeding the lot of them. It's ingenious, really.
