The XDM 3.8 compact is without a doubt the softest shooting and most accurate (out of the box) .45 I ever had the privileged of owning. I like the fullsize .40 as well, but the wife hated it. She had issues with the muzzle flip.
OP, out of the one's you mentioned I
would personally go with the XD-S, with the CZ being a 2nd choice.
That said, go somewhere where you can handle and fire each. I'm a big advocate of trying before you buy when it comes to handguns. They're definitely not created equal.
