i don't know why not. all i know is i have one-balled people in the face with my iron sight nelspot on multiple occasions, but i only made 2 out of 16 shots during the first strike sniper challenge where the gun was a tiberius rifle with a scope, shooting at a target the scope was sighted for and running out of mildots in the scope and still have the spotter tell me i'm shooting too low, while everyone else shoots it just fine... and that's my 2nd time taking that challenge. the first time i hit nothing. but when i tried out the hammer 7 with lmartin, the fsr fly where i point them just simply aiming down the barrel with no special scopes.
