Now that they've listened to the clamor and found a way to reproduce their DTPRO carpenter's gloves(made to the old Duluth Trading design by ironclad), I'm in heaven again:
Thin Padded knuckles and palm heel, more glove left down the fingers and the ring and little finger covered and padded.
I can't vouch for the ironclad quality, but my old pair literally were sewn with kevlar thread. They last forever and the contact points between glove and gun are unpadded for feel and control.
The biggie for me is that they come in XXL. Tight, golf glove fit is great from the back of a swat van in the driveway to the porch, but 12 hours of play in 2 days? No thanks!
