Surprisingly minimal bruising - it's mainly just abrasion from the shell and that's already healing up. Hurts a little to swallow (make your own sexual joke here) but all good otherwise. I'm really glad it wasn't an inch over as it woulda been square on my Adam's apple and there's no way that would be a good thing
