It is an Intel Pentium M 1.6GHz. Shipping to Canada is fine; I would just ask that you cover the extra shipping costs.
Also, in the interest of good faith, it did take me 3 tries before it booted properly today. I just really think the BIOS needs an update or something - but if I'm honest, its beyond me at this point. I'm not that computer-literate. But it did work flawlessly once booted.
