Quicken uses ".QFX" files which are a variant of ".OFX" (open financial exchange) format.
You *may* be able to import the Quicken file directly. Give it a shot. Try renaming the downloaded file by giving it a .OFX extension.
I haven't used the conversion function but I'll give it a shot sometime and let you know how it works.
EDIT - hey! I found a registry hack to open QFX directly in Money:

All it would appear to do is fool Money into thinking a .QFX file is in fact .OFX, thereby automating the process instead of having to rename the file.
