Torn rotator cuffs suck.
Long story short I tore my rotator cuff about a month back. It has been slowly getting better, I tweak it every now and then from moving it the wrong way.
The major downside is that I had just started to get my *** back into shape. 3 weeks in, I was feeling good and bam, no more upper body. I went back to the gym to cycle and do some lower body a little bit, but not that much.
I realize that this isn't doing anything for me and I have to go more often.
My question. What can I do for upper body workouts, if any at all right now?
