They're also called tool rolls. Mine's an old snowboard one I found, oddly enough, at my grandparent's when going through the junk they had in the back room.
It's a 6 pocket one that holds 3 backs, 1 front, and 8 inserts.
They're usually found for $5 - $20 and can have anywhere from 6 to 20 pockets. I recommend checking them out in person at your local Harbor Freight, Walmart, etc. as sometimes they list them with many pockets (ie. 32), but some of those pockets are meant for sockets and are too small for inserts. Though, I guess you could use them for 12's or something.
You could also probably make one pretty cheap out of canvas, a shoestring, some good thread, and a bit of time. Custom fit it to your needs and all that.
If you're worried about the outside only being canvas and something damaging the inserts, just buy a family size peanut butter and chuck it in there. I recommend eating the peanut butter first, though
