Along with the quality advice above, if, or when you do install, make sure the wheel studs are long enough that the lug nuts fully engage the threads. Consider also the fact that you are adding leverage to the wheel bearings and changing the scrub radius in the steering geometry. You will increase bump steer as well. If you drive your truck hard, jump, or four wheel it, I would leave it alone. If you just want the look and don't really care about decreasing performance, go for it.
