I've only found that my martial arts training helped me in paintball in two ways. The first being physical conditioning and flexibility (especially playing bunkers) and the second being having multiple attackers. If you have multiple attackers you have to move your position so that attacker 1 is directly in front of attacker 2. This partially limits the effectiveness of attacker 2 as his line of sight is blocked. Best case scenario, he shoots out attacker 1.

Anyone who claims some Tai Chi Paintball Fu is full of crap and has watched too many movies. My opinion.
