If you want a truly smooth pump stroke, cut the ram mount off. I've got the lightest springs I could find in my Trilly pump; and though it is a light pull, it still isn't as smooth as my cocker pumps.
If you have no use in ever returning the Trilly into its original cocker state again, yak that bad boy off, purchase one of the cocker adapters to fit a traditional pump (Super Stanchy sells them), and fit that CCM pump you know you're going to get.
