| Lol, I just packed mine up but if I can find it I will dig it out and take a look for you. I'm a certified Eclipse Etek tech but thats not an issue I have seen. I will look into it tonight.
My guess is that theres an issue with the pin itself. Is it backwards? Try and turn it 180* and see if that locks it. If it appears to be in the right direction then the ball bearing/spring in the bolt may be weak.
