Going to start lifting, give me advice

I stretch AFTER deadlifts, never before though. On another note, toward the end of my cut I had progressed to 15 reps on the deadlift, now that I've been bulking for 3 week I can only pull 12 reps.
History will be kind to me for I intend to write it.
