Mine was mediocre. Missed too many reps.
I aim for 3x5 on squat and OHP and 5x3 on power cleans.
Hit 14 total reps on a 240 lb high bar.
Hit 12 total reps on a 120 lb OHP.
Got my power clean back up to 140 lbs after lowering it to 115 to work on technique.
My squat and OHP concern me, I'm probably going to try the weights again on Friday. I barely failed the last rep of my third squat set. OHP is OHP, so it does what it does... which is flounder.
Weighed myself and I'm 150 now.
