My workout yesterday wasn't too bad after not working out for three days. I run three miles a day about 4-5 times a week (sometimes 6 miles if I feel like it that day) and have been doing that since the beginning of the year.
I haven't been able to improve my time much at all since I don't have the "runner" gene, but I have lost 25 pounds and 4-5 inches off my waist though which I'm proud of.
And I need to start lifting now that my fat is gone, haha. I don't have a gym membership but I do have dumbbells and a small bench press at my house. What do you guys suggest as a good routine since I don't have access to all the fancy machines.
