| I'd like to hear about your results when you get it running. I had a Cooper-T bolt for my pump sniper and it worked great if the ball wasn't already rolling down the barrel before I pulled the trigger. Much harder said than done, because a slight downward tilt the balls were rolling out.
Taking my knowledge of flatline barrel and my experience with the Cooper-T better bolt, I took the largest freak insert and roughen a quarter of radius down the length of the insert with sand paper on a dowel. My freak back has a small allen screw to hold the insert in place with the rough side up. That way the insert doesn't come out of alignment. All I need now is a under shot bolt. Which reminds me to call Alamo Paintball.
So far with just a coarse strip in the insert the results have been lightly peppered with a few nice a flat trajectory shots. Everything else was the norm. |
