Ah, you remember the original sizers. They went from the "0" being .680" to the "4" being .688".

As far as actual numbers go, that's a difficult question to ask. Too much will become preference and obscure the facts. Fact is with the inserts you will have more physical contact on the ball than you will with the unisizer. The stock barrel has an id of .690" for the length of any contact with the ball, it is relieved towards the end to reduce air turbulence. If you have the correct insert and your paint does not change its' size from the seam to the center you will increase the time the ball contacts the barrel. Now you can take that to mean it will be more accurate, or you can take that as increasing drag and causing the ball to be less accurate.
