Lathe is a piece of equipment not a process. You cant Lathe anything only You can only use a Lathe.
And turning an object on a Lathe refers to the process making the Outside diameter of an
object smaller. The term for making an Inside diameter larger is referred to as boring.
You will be using the Lathe to bore the ID of the barrel not lathing the barrel.

As for statistical information on how NCP's "Freaked" ATS barrels compare to the "Bone Stock" ATS barrels. I have never collected that information. I don't have the necessary facility or equipment to do a true "bench" test. I do have personal experience with it (Dropping *like over 50 rounds* paint in a 4 inch hole from 130+ feet consistently).

And the people that have bought and used the "Freaked ATS" universally agree, That the Northern Command Paintball's "Freaked ATS Barrels" take the already incredible accurate ATS to the next level.
