By the way, my neighbor's grandfather lives with his daughter and he is a real Fallschirmjager who survived the eastern front. He's very old and in terrible health but tells great (terrifying) stories of the war, lapsing into German on occasion. The guy jumped into Russia for cryin' old loud... |
