I'd do as people above suggested.

#1 contact them via phone

#2 if they can't provide tracking information cancel the order. There is NO reason that a company shipping an item (they sent you an email saying it shipped) cannot provide shipping information on a $1500 item. I wouldn't ship something that expensive without verification...I would hope any company with any brains wouldn't either.

#3 contact JAG. As stated above if a company can't verify shipping information on a product they shouldn't be doing business with AAFES. Maybe JAG can assist on getting their connection to AAFES.com removed.
