My fingers are not particularly fast, either, I can't reliably reach over 15; I've seen some people going much faster ...

I think that AO contest was a great thing, and quite an eye opener for many, but there is one BIG flaw to the test process.

You're measuring the output from the gun, not the input.

There is a PHENOMENAL amount going on with most electronic gun software in how it interprets the date is it receiving and controls the gun's firing.

For sake of my tests and what I hope to do at EMR, let's just say sustained 13bps means that for most of the hopper when not limited by the gun or paint feeding that the user doesn't have any period of a second where there aren't 13 or more times when their finger appears to be intending to pull a shot.

We could even just call it for a 150 shots as determined by 150 trigger pull movements of the users fingers.

In all honesty we don't even need to have paint or gas to do this test as I'm just going to be filming your fingers moving, although we can also include the whole gun and watch shots coming out of the barrel... and that's when things get real interesting sometimes.

Anyone who thinks they are fast and will be at EMR?

drg, for my curiosity, the video is a little bad, but did that electronic cocker have an E-blade? if so... I'm not convinced that your fingers were moving as quickly as the gun was shooting. The amount of mechanical bounce and false activations with some electrocockers when shooting fast is just huge. Sorry, but we can happily prove me wrong if you did decide to make the trip to EMR. I'd be happy to lose the bet to get some good data.
