| Most real problems with them seem to stem from batteries and charging, but I have seen a few stock ones break their microswitch, the stock trigger from earlier ones has no adjustment, and is stopped by the switch itself greatly increasing wear. If you have an adjustable one just make sure that it is adjusted to where it depresses the leaf on the switch, not slamming into the switch itself.
The only real upgrade I'd recommend is a new board, mainly just to switch to 9v batteries, Vaporworks has some universal boards in stock, those are small enough to probably fit in there with a 9v.
I still use a 99 Jacko Infinity that came of a friends LED on my Angel LCD today.
Oh, and watch out not to get dirt in the charger/intellefeed port, they have these little holes that are very hard to clean. |
