I actually almost got into a verbal confrontation because the local airfill guy [i[insisted[/i] on seeing my hydrostamp on a new tank. I politely informed him that it wasn't necessary and started to tell him about the 2x2 rule and got an earful from him about his expertise and responsibility (didn't disagree on that point) and what-not.

I am printing out the rule for my return this weekend.
