| Your new tank should still have a hydrostamp on it. If it didn't, or you refused to let me inspect the tank I wouldn't fill it for you either. I am aware of the 2x2 rule, but here (in Canada) we have a TC-stamp rule as well, and the 2x2 tanks are not exempt from that (which is sad because I have a pile of the old 7oz and 10oz aluminum hydro exempt tanks with no TC #'s). Thusly, all tanks have to be inspected by the filler and checked for the correct numbers.
