Yes, I did email Coroner about it a couple of days after I received it.

Anyone who doubts Spec Ops customer service might want to think again! I am totally impressed with MOATI and his handling of this matter. Actually, I feel a little guilty about getting two vests out of this. MOATI and I exchanged a couple of emails too and I have to say that he impressed me and I have every intention of giving them more of my business. Any problems that they have had in the past seems to be something they are working hard to correct!
