poor customer service??? Our school club recently bought a considerable amount of orings from ND (Kipp) after a year and half of business interactions. When they got the orings, they were surprised to see they were dry rotted. When we have tried to reach Nitro Duck about getting a refund, they do not respond to the email and their phone never picks up. I don't understand why they can't reply to emails. It makes me think he was purposely selling us bad orings just to get rid of them and then ran with our school money.
For me, this is really wierd, especially when Kipp used to always reply to emails and hooked us up many times with fittings and hosing for our old as club loaners.
At the current moment, I would have to say their service is sucky. Stay away from them until they get their act together.
