And how many old folks can text quickly? Or use computers effectively? Folks are simply proficient in other areas.
If anything life has gotten more fast paced and more complicated rather than less. Most likely its about on par with before given the human animal hasn't changed and our bandwidth remains largely unchanged.
As far as weaker goes, human physical performance has risen, at least among top atheletes. As a species our survivability increases over time (i.e. stronger rather than weaker). As individuals it depends.
