Anyone in the
Tac-10 League can carry the one sheild per Team. Giving it to a Sniper however?... Creates the
Tactical Urban Sniper. They have 20 shots per game, of a different/special paint color than the rest of the player's roles. One shot instantly eliminates anyone. No Medic can heal a Sniper shot. Unlike most other player roles; Infantry, HvyGunnr, Demo, Engineer, Medic, (not General though),... in which single shots, up to 3, can be healed/fixed by a Medic or Engineer, with wide color-designated (heal shot / "repair gun if hit"), duct tape.
(the rules get even further complicated & confusing, trying to make a Tourny as tactical/realistic as possible)
