I beleive they will keep FPS at 280 like everyone else; it's FPO at the last games and you'd have to contact Jim about non .68 cal. I haven't seen any used or offered but thats his decision.
Rules will still probaly follow the GSRP closely, even though due to all the crap going on in the Scenario world they don't feel comfortable posting them. Most producers use it as a guidline only and tweak it to fit thier style or game type anyway. If you don't feel like posting on Fledgling or contacting Haingernaid or Psycho, all youir questions can be answered on Friday before the game or at orientation on Daturday AM.
