Well, first I would say your issue is with the ebayer reseller. Was it powerlyte who was ignoring your calls? It seems like he has tremendously good feedback for someone with that many sales, and very few issues. Some of the ones I did see were ones that said "Never received your emails, so how could we fix the problem). I would go to their website at

You can also likely get an email through using what is called a a catch-all email address, if they have one set up, just try luis@pblovers.com, and see what happens, or help@, or teams@, or support@, things like that. I would go with a carpet bomb approach to get him talking about resolving your issue.

From the looks of this guys internet presence, I'm suprised you are having a problem resolving it, maybe his spam filter is clipping your emails?
