| I ordered directly form Powerlyte a few years ago and they sent one thing wrong. The re-sent the part, and added a jersey for the trouble. Your deal seems to be with a reseller not Powerlyte themselves, BUT you could drop Powerlyte a email and tell them your situation, maybe they can help you out................
