They gave me a second chance offer for more than $10 less than their BIN and shipped it to me within 4 days. I still think $9.99 is high when it was only $6 to ship and track it, but they have to pay someone to do the work so it's different than buying from an individual. They are a far sight better than Ron-asp customer service. But when they won't combine shipping for 3-4 items and charge triple what it would actually cost to ship, then that's a bit much. Especially when they use free usps packaging.
