| This is one reason that I generally only sell things to people I know. Sure, that means I sit on a lot of paintball treasures that might well thrill someone else, but I prefer that to feeling ripped off.
I have not had a problem EVER (knocking on wood) at this site. I had one issue years ago on SCP, but that was it.
If you only sell/buy with those you know, it is a lot more satisfying and predictable.
Yes, it is impractical and the solution I pose does nothing to answer your question, but know that I am, at least, sympathetic.
