Generally, Brown, Black, Rust or OD.
as i remember, that type of grenade got a simple coat of either black or brown rust-resistant paint before leaving the factory, usually brown. Later models switched to various shades of green, but primarily OD.
Apparently the steel/iron that the shell was made of rusted quite easily though, so Rust was not an uncommon color either
