| Hopefully, "refurbished" means that it will be working when it arrives. I'm planning on taking the entire thing apart at some point anyway.
Unfortunately, the BL Torpedo reg that I received from I&I "refurbished" needed some work. It had DOW33 or something in it, and it was not sealing. I had to clean all the grease out and relube with marvel mystery air tool oil. Fortunately, it is incredibly easy to take the BL Torpedo apart an has almost the same design as a stabilizer.
