| I feel for you, a year ago I went to bed one night and the next morning when I got out of bed I fell to the floor in excruciating pain. My doctor told me I pinched my sciatic nerve. I didn't do ANYTHING. I just went to bed, It took me six months to recover from that. Back troubles are never easy to come back from.
