| Well, I'm no "expert," but I do own a pump and know how it works. Firstly, the pneumatic ram is removed, and the carrier is attached directly to the pump arm of a pump kit. Since no pump kits are actually made, this will need to be fabricated. You will also need to rig up a sear system to trip the hammer when you pull the trigger. When you pump back, the carrier will grab the hammer. Pumping forward will line the hammer release up with the sear, and pulling the trigger will launch the hammer into the valve, and you know the rest. Due to the Nelson design, an autotrigger is a side-effect of the pump kit. |
